The reality is when it comes to medicines and drug interactions the pharmacist is the expert and not the doctor.

Something pharmacists should keep in mind… People don’t know what you know, they don’t see what you see, they don’t feel what you feel, they haven’t studied and endured what you have, so why take the criticism personally. Shrug it off, because they have no idea what they’re talking about, apparently. Do what you do, help the people, and get paid. Remember to smile! =]

I had a hate to say it “druggie appearence” looking lady come in and ask for a few needles for her grandma…of course. She did not know or care what size just needed a few…lol….I asked where her GM gets her insulin or if we could call her to get the right size and if there is no proof I would only be able to sell her a box of 100

A manager at my store found a man OD’d on the floor of the womens restroom last week at about 12:30am…there is a reason we make a fuss…some people will say anything to hurt themselves..it’s sad
