Chalk up another reason to quit smoking: It may shrink his penis. Smoking is a major risk factor for arteriosclerosis (hardening of the arteries), and in a recent study of 235 men, those with the disease had smaller erect penises. Cigarette smoking can damage blood vessels, preventing them from delivering all the blood necessary for an erection, as well as make erectile tissue less able to expand.
